Fireplace, Patio, and Plantings

This project began with a Mediterranean theme and transformed an overgrown, uneven space into a truly loved backyard oasis. Our clients now enjoy their garden nearly every day, soaking up the ambiance by the custom stone-veneered fireplace, which features a seating bench and firewood storage. The extensive dimensional stone patio, complete with a flagstone accent area, provides ample space for relaxation. Rich, tropical-like plantings with unusual textures and colors enhance the vibrant atmosphere, while crushed Buckskin marble adds a touch of elegance. Additionally, a custom cedar fence encloses the space on three sides, complemented by a 7-foot-high, two-tiered retaining wall, and a permanent garbage and recycling area located in the alley.
