The summer of 2019 found us locating ourselves out of the West Seattle corridor for about 4 months as we took on a previous clients project as well as their neighbors project and a new retaining wall and clear cedar fence between the two properties.
We installed a new deck with outdoor cabinets and countertops, a dimensional bluestone patio and steel plate planters. The project reflected the tone of the clients 1920’s classic, laid back craftman style home and rounded it out with a hint of updated contemporary detail. The low property line retaining wall was extended in one area and a second terraced wall was installed in the other area. Stucco was applied and a clear, cedar fence was installed on top.
The cabinet doors will be installed on the cedar cabinets and along with the fence will be stained in the spring, 2020. We had our challenges but also lots of fun with this one!
