Here’s our newest project! Clients request-Mediterranean!
First, there are a multitude of retaining walls to redistribute the elevation changes and lots of earthwork. The plan is a roadmap but we have also been prone to some nip and tuck-always a good idea to be fluid in design and strategy!
The patio will be 1300 sq. ft and will boast a stone clade sitting wall surround and fireplace. Italian cypress and succulents, along with drought-tolerant shrubs and lush tropical vegetation will round out the scene. Stay tuned for updates in the next few months.
